Does this run Docker?
No. Docker does not come installed on the device. To maximize power efficiency and performance, every single service is installed bare metal on the device, using unique user profiles and permissions for each service.
How is the firewall set up on HOMESERVER?
It follows a simple house rule: known traffic comes in, unknown traffic stays out.
Day to day, everything you expect still works. Your normal use works, your private remote access works, and random outside traffic gets blocked by default. It also keeps a record of what gets blocked and keeps your inside network hidden from the public internet.
